TAEKWONDO for All!
This martial art originated in Korea and has been an Olympic event since 2000. Our classes combine techniques in self-defense, sport, and exercise. Students will learn how to focus better, have more self-control and gain more balance and flexibility. This class focuses a little more on energetic exercise, balance, flexibility and a healthy lifestyle. This class is FREE for members only and you can “Drop-In” at any time. No registration necessary!
