Senior Counselor

Lifeguard/Swimming & Boating Instructor

Maintenance Staff

Program Director

Boating Specialist

Branch Director
Has primary responsibility for the leadership and administration of the budget, management plan, programs and services of the Branch.  Duties include Annual Support Campaign, strategic planning, program development, staff development, membership and marketing, staff supervision and continuous improvement.  Successful candidates will have YMCA or equivalent executive experience that includes extensive management and supervisory experience with Bachelor’s degree preferred.  Candidates should have experience with leadership of multiple layers of staff and staff development.  Management experience with fiscal control systems, financial development, strategic planning, membership growth, retention and community development.  Full Time, Mystic, Jennell Westervelt jwestervelt@oceancommunityymca.org

Aquatics Director
