BASKETBALL HOOPS ACADEMY

 

This program is designed for kids who want to continue to develop their skills and knowledge of basketball. Focus will be placed on dribbling, shooting, defense, rules and teamwork. Players will also receive position specific instruction to build upon. Whether you are a shooting guard, point guard, center or post this is the place to be! Achievements for various skills, drills and core values will be awarded throughout the program.
Thursday

Grades K – 4: 5:30 – 6:30 PM
Grades 5 – 8: 6:30 – 7:30 PM


GYMNASTICS- INTERMEDIATE

Emphasis on flexibility, strength and balance as well as a team spirit and a continued growth of skills. Participants should know how to do a cart wheel and a hand stand prior to class.

Saturday 10:30 am – 11:30 am


GYMNASTICS – BEGINNER

This class emphasizes more advanced coordination skills, an introduction to gymnastics basics, listening skills, and turn taking skills. Participants should know how to do a bridge and a hand stand against the wall prior to class.

Saturday 9:45 – 10:30 am


GYMNASTICS – ROOKIE

Join this starter gymnastics class to learn a variety of fun and challenging basic gymnastic moves.  Participants should know how to do a forward roll prior to class.

GYMNASTICS – TINY TOTS

Ages: 3 – 5 years

This class is for the child who is ready to participate without a parent. This is an introductory class to primary skills of gymnastics with tumbling, jumping and other loco motor skills.

ROMP, STOMP & ROLL

Ages: 18 months – 3 years

This is fun packed gymnastics class is a great way to spend time with your child. With your guidance your child is introduced to a relaxed, but structured environment. The goal of this class is to increase your child’s gross motor skills: running, climbing, jumping, hopping and throwing while having fun doing it!

OFF SEASON CONDITIONING (INDIVIDUAL)
