This class will help build a foundation of knowledge for strength training. The barbell functionally challenges your muscles, joints & balance all at once.

Hoops Academy
Grades 3-5
Tuesdays 530-630pm
Dribble, Dish & Swish you’re way through this fundamental basketball class. Focus on basics while building off of your current knowledge. This class can improve both beginner players and advanced players looking to fine tune their skills. Communication, teamwork, conditioning and fundamentals will be the main focus of this active class.

Intro To Cheer
Ages 9-12
Tuesdays 530-630pm
Dive right in to this fun filled class that is perfect for beginners. Learn about teamwork, stunting and the basic fundamentals in Cheerleading. This age group will focus on performance and stunting aspects of cheer.

Teen Dance
Ages 9-15
Tuesdays 645-745pm
A dance class made for those who just want to dance! Come in each week and learn a new dance in different genres. We will touch on hip hop, ballet, lyrical, and jazz. Some dance experience needed.

Ballet Fundamentals
Ages 6-9
Tuesdays 415-445pm
A class to really focus on the basics of ballet; barre work, combined with across the floor combination, will help dancers focus on execution and help strengthen muscles, bring body awareness, and develop greater ballet technique. Dress Code: Leotard, pink tights, ballet skirt, and ballet shoes

Youth & Teen Center
Now teens have a place to hang out, play video, pool, and mingle with friends. The Youth & Teen center is always staffed by a Y employee and they provide a safe, fun and clean space. Two hour maximum stay in the Canteen. Children aged 9 year to 12 years, must be signed in by parent and parent needs to stay in the building
