BOOT CAMP!: Love hard physical training? This is for YOU! Improve agility, speed, strength and flexibility with this intense workout.
BUTTS AND GUTS: Get the beautiful toned body you have always wanted with this intense workout that focuses on toning your abs and glutes.
CARDIO SCULPT: It’s everything you need in a workout! Rev up the heart rate, build, strengthen and tone your muscles.
INTENSE: Pressed for time but still looking for a great workout? This is the class for you! 30 minutes of Boot Camp style drills that change from week to week to rev up your metabolism and keep you from getting bored with your routine.
KICK BOXING: Jab, punch and kick your way to your most fit body ever. This high energy class will get you pumped up and toned up in no time.
PILATES: Through a series of exercises that flow from one to another, you will gain strength and flexibility throughout your entire body. All levels welcome.
GENTLE PILATES: Get all the benefits of a regular Pilates class while moving at a slower pace and modifying the exercises when necessary. All levels welcome.
YOGA – BASICS: Whether you are brand new to Yoga or coming back to it after along break, this is the class for you. During this 8-week session you will safely learn all the basic components of a yoga class.
YOGA FOR BEGINNERS: This gentle class is for individuals who are interested in attaining the benefits of Yoga (balance, strength, flexibility, focus) but have little or no experience. Proper alignment and safety for each participant are the focus for this class.
YOGA – GENTLE: Enjoy all of the benefits Yoga has to offer in a safe and gentle way. Improve flexibility, strength and balance.
YOGA – VINYASA FLOW: Through a series of flowing postures you will connect your mind to your body and breath. This awareness will help reduce stress and gain a sense of peace. The movements will improve your balance and flexibility as well as tone and strengthen your body.
ZUMBA!: Come join the party! Latin rhythms combined with easy to follow dance moves create fun for everyone!
ZUMBA GOLD!: Zumba Gold is designed for the active older adult. It has all of the same zesty Latin music but the moves and pace are modified. It is a dance fitness class which is friendly and fun.
