Adult Enrichment Programming

Adult Beginner Ballet (Ages 16+)

In this class we study classical ballet in its very basic form, moving through the fundamentals; barre, center, corner, and simple stretching. Through ballet technique we lengthen & tone while developing balance, strength, and grace. No previous ballet experience necessary. All ages welcome!

Learn to move to the hottest music and pick up a few choreographed dances along the way in this fun and energetic class.

Learn the basics of salsa and east coast swing dancing in a fun and friendly environment filled with music that we keep you on your feet. Couple prices

Water Color (Ages 16+)

Join us weekly in the community room and Learn basic Water color techniques. Class topics include color theory and recreate photos and still life.  Working from photos and still life.  Material recommended listed below:

COMMUNITY YOGA FOR ALL!

Yoga for All Unites the Community.  All are welcome to this FREE yoga class being taught by Annie Chapman & Maggie Skinner, who are inspired to give back to the community and offer this class for everyone.

Set yourself free, free of charge! Our Community Yoga class includes lunch, fellowship, and Child Care (during class time) on the third Saturday of every month.  No registration necessary.  All levels, individuals and families are welcome.

AQUACIZE

Medium to high intensity work out, with light to medium impact. This class will help improve flexibility and mobility, tones and strengthens muscles, and increases stamina and energy.

TAEKWONDO for All!

Friday 6:35-7:35pm
This martial art originated in Korea and has been an Olympic event since 2000. Our classes combine techniques in self-defense, sport, and exercise. Students will learn how to focus better, have more self-control and gain more balance and flexibility. This class focuses a little more on energetic exercise, balance, flexibility and a healthy lifestyle.  This class is FREE for members only and you can “Drop-In” at any time.  No registration necessary!

Come join us for a new way to play Come learn and compete in this new program that’s spreading across the nation. This program is catered to all skill levels.

Every Third Wednesday of the month @ 12:00 noon

The Garden club promotes the encouragement and advancement of gardening. Club meetings are held on the Third Wednesday of the month with a specific presentation. Events and activities are scheduled throughout the year.

Free for Members 
Play racquetball in a league against fellow members or participants. Sign up today and receive different match ups weekly. Either play competitive in an A league or B league for more recreational play.
