YOUTH RACQUETBALL CLASS

This is a great class for beginners and novices looking to learn an exciting sport invented by the YMCA! Learn the basic skills and rules of the game.  After this class, you will have the appropriate skills to play and score a match.  Rackets will be provided by the Y.

DOLPHIN PUPS PRE SWIM TEAM

This class is a stepping stone for swimmers who may be interested in Transitioning from our progressive swim lessons, to possibly joining our Dolphins Swim Team. This class will include introduction to Butterfly and completion of the Breaststroke. Swimmers will practice more advanced racing techniques, underwater streamline, starts, and proper flip turns for each stroke. Not only will this class serve as a place to learn and build confidence, but swimmers and parents will get a glimpse of what it is like to be on swim team.

Teams will be made the first class or different teams each class depending on enrollment. Organized games for 45 minutes. Staff lead and in a safe environment. Traditional 6 v 6 dodge ball.  Need at least 10 participants.

LITTLE DUNKERS BASKETBALL CLINIC

Grades K-3

This program is an introduction to the game of basketball. Dribbling, passing shooting and will all be taught through fun drills that simulate game situations. Each class will end with scrimmaging.

Youth Gymnastics Camp:

Bring your bathing suit, lunch, snack and plenty of enthusiasm for this fun-filled camp!  Ages 6-12.

Team Gymnastics Camp:

This Camp is for any gymnast whom has previously taken or is registered for the Team Gymnastics program. The camp will run for one week in July. The camp will be extra practice in helping proficient skills for the fall/winter meets.

YMCA BASKETBALL SUMMER CAMP IS BACK with COACH MICHAEL HAMELIN!

Grades 3rd – 9th
Monday, August 7th through Friday, August 11th 

9 AM to 1:00 PM

Come and learn new basketball skills, make new friends, and see if you can beat the HEAT! Basketball CAMP will focus around skills, scrimmages, games with swimming will also be incorporated into the weekly activities.  Will also include a FREE T-Shirt, Certificates and Prizes.
Bring a lunch and see if you have what it takes to win a one on one championship during that week.  Before Care available from 8 AM to 9 AM for $10 per day, After Care available from 1 PM to 2 PM for $10 per day.  $15 per day for both Before and After Camp Care.

Play racquetball in a league against fellow members or participants. Sign up today and receive different match ups weekly. Either play competitive in an A league or B league for more recreational play.
