RHODE ISLAND On Monday, December 20th we will have the following procedures in place per the Governor of RI’s mandates: Arcadia Branch: Everyone entering the Arcadia Branch must show a valid vaccination card or they will need to be masked in the facility. Vaccination cards will need to be shown at each visit. This is per the RI Governor for facilities with the capacity of fewer than 250 people. Westerly-Pawcatuck Branch: Masking is required of all individuals while indoors, except while swimming or showering per the mandate of the RI Governor for facilities with capacity over 250 people. Washington Trust Community Skating Center: Masking is required of all individuals while indoors at the Washington Trust Community Skating Center per the mandate of the RI Governor. Masks are not required for outdoor activities at the rink. CONNECTICUT Naik Family Branch: Masks are required for all people who are not fully vaccinated. Fully vaccinated people are not required to wear masks but they are recommended.
