*Family and Couple Memberships: Adults reside at the same address and share household expenses. Proof of identification and/or residence required.

MUST show valid photo ID and complete a guest waiver before visiting and using the Y.
Youth/Teen must have parent/guardian (over 18) sign the guest waiver.
Guest waiver is on file for one year, photo ID must be shown upon each visit.
We participate in the New England Reciprocal AWAY program.
