Group Exercise Classes

Classes are designed but not exclusive to our senior population. Classes range from stretching and yoga to cardio and weights, including Chair Yoga, Aging Backwards, Silver Sneakers and Senior Wellness.

OCY offers many mind & body classes for all levels. Come explore options to improve flexibility and core strength such as Barre, Pilates, Yoga and Essentrics®

These classes focus on getting your heart pumping and build your cardiovascular capacity. Options include Spin, Interval or Circuit training, and Zumba.

Build muscle with the comradery of a group class. We offer Boot Camp, TRX, Body Fit and Body Sculpt.

Classes are offered in the pool for a non-impact workout that can be adapted for all fitness levels and needs. Options include Deep Water Workout, Aquacise and Aqua Flow & Go.
