The Arcadia Branch is dedicated to providing our members with quality programs that enrich their lives through their mind, body and spirit. Monday-Friday: 5:00am-10:00pm
Saturday & Sunday: 6:00am- 6:00pm

Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Christmas
Thanksgiving morning: OPEN! 7am-11am
Christmas Eve & New Years Eve: 6am-5pm
New Year’s Day: OPEN! 8am-4pm

We’re OPEN Thanksgiving Morning!

We are OPEN Thanksgiving morning for our members!
Each Branch will have specific classes and pool openings for that day.

ARCADIA: OPEN! 7:00-11:00AM

MYSTIC: Fun Run 1 mile or 3 mile Turkey Trot at 8:30AM
(Mystic Branch is closed except for the Fun Run)

Zumbathon & Pound:     7:30AM to 9AM with Gerry, Julie, Tina and Nichole in the Gymnasium.  We are accepting donations; an unwrapped toy or teen gift cards for the Pawcatuck Neighbhorhood Center.

Yoga:                            8AM to 9:15AM with Sarah in Studio A

Bootcamp:                    9AM to 10AM with Annalisa in Studio B

Spin:                             7AM to 7:45AM with Barbara

Spin:                             8:15AM to 9AM with Tara


ICE RINK OPEN SKATE:  Gobble Wobble 6:30-8:30PM
